The appreciating tale of artist connecting aspiring artist

Hey guys!!!
Today, I am back with a real story of my reader reaching me. I generally do not add strangers to my personal accounts(for cyber safety) for no reason. But this story hit my heart and I added Naman Singla to my Instagram account because he felt genuine. So this is how this story of appreciating the artist goes…

It started with Instagram…

So, I got this request on Instagram from a person who seemed like a traveler from his pictures. But that Id still seemed personal. I asked myself why can this person send me req? Maybe this is for the works I do. I know some people with this name. Is he one of them? He obviously seemed like a photographer or traveler. Both are related to what I do. Let’s Find out.

Ar. Anjali Singla: Hey! Do you know me?
Naman Singla: No, No! I don’t.
Ar. Anjali Singla: Then req?
(I was thinking to reject that request after that reply but waited for this answer)
Naman Singla: HaHa! Actually, I was looking for something online and I bumped into your blog. N I really liked it.

I read it from the notification bar. Frankly, I started feeling like ok One more person I have to tell to follow my page and not me for further updates. I mean this is the only social media account that I managed to keep personal anyhow n have an option to and inbox is always welcome
.

Naman Singla (Contd…): Maybe You Will Never Cross Paths Again. I really loved that post. And your writing skills are really impressive.
OK, now you got my attention because you may be talked about a blog that gets my interest in various ways of what made you read that one?
Ar. Anjali Singla: *Still adamant* Thanks for that. But that website is mine only. Its updates will be on its social media pages only.
Naman Singla (at the same time): So wanted to connect. But it’s completely fine if you don’t want to add a stranger. You can reject the request. I understand.

Hmm… Genuine
Only Instagram is there. I am able to keep my personal life away from professional only in this account. I responded.

Can a writer keep the curiosity away? I don’t think so…

As I already told the article caught my eye and interest in this conversation in various ways. The curious person in me asked: Are you finding something else apart from updates?
My Mind at that time…
1. Is there a story?
2. Does he needs help or someone to talk to?
3. What made him like that article?
There is definitely something more to it. And I want to know.

“No! No! I am not finding something” Naman Replied.
” So what made you read that particular blog. can I ask?” I enquired. “You must be searching for something similar”
HaHa! Yar, you will laugh at this. Was his reply.
Ar. Anjali Singla: May be! May be not!

Naman’s side of story… (The interesting part)

So Naman began… (me in meantime)
Actually! I was searching regarding the renovation of the house. Googling about architecture and all. (I am an architect so no doubt). Then I googled something about how to prevent silly mistakes. But the search bar still contained the word Architecture by mistake. Your blog showed at the top. (That is also my blog and I wrote it because of architecture, Interesting!)

This was becoming more and more interesting for me as a writer, owner of Appreciation Arte, and completing the thought behind it and how the story of writing that blog related in real life. And I recently worked a lot in improving the SEO of this website so you know. So, Phew! Hard work finally paying off.

Naman Singla: Haha! Yes. So that’s how I bumped into your blog. Through a silly mistake of not removing architecture from the search bar.
Ar. Anjali Singla: Yeah it can happen anywhere. The conclusion works for you too. By the way Interesting Story! I feel like putting it somewhere Only if you allow since it’s your story.
Naman Singla: You can. I have no issues with that.
Ar. Anjali Singla: It relates to what my website stands for. You reached the artist through it.

And the conversation began…

Naman Singla: Moreover my writing skills are not that good right now. Whatever I wrote in this chat, it can’t be that good. Yar! How you have such good writing skills. Teach me too…
Ar. Anjali Singla: I just started. People helped me refine it. So, I do the same for others.
Naman Singla: Wow! I also want to start a traveling blog. And I want it in writing only not as Vlog. I will also learn good writing skills with time.
Ar. Anjali Singla: Just start it.
Naman Singla: I have started a blog already. I work on it when I get time. Slowly but eventually.

And the talks continued… about blogging, about architecture, about some people in common.
Somewhere in between I accepted that request and followed Naman Singla too. I feel like it’s not a conversation to end just yet. We are maybe not completely strangers by interest. There will be more similar talks coming up ahead…
This was our story of appreciating the artist and art…

This is how an artist connects to their audience…
This is how an artist connects to everyone through Appreciation Arte…
Through these strange, beautiful, to be told stories…

Author’s Note
bout the Write-Up:
“I always dreamt of Appreciation Arte as a platform to showcase artists to the world. But I also wanted the audience to reach the artists directly to appreciate them or ask their doubts or just simply connect with them. This is how the artist can know how they are appreciated the best. This is how an audience is justified by connecting with the artist. When this happened to me in a very beautiful tale, I could not resist but share it. I also want
every artist connecting with Appreciation Arte should be able to do that too. And hence I created a whole thread for it.” says Ar. Anjali Singla

I wish to make this initiative as much people-friendly as I can. Connect with our family. 🙂
