On the special occasion of World Architecture Day (5^th October 2020), We at Appreciation Arte are coming forward with a public initiative of creating an Architectural Anthology. A book for the field and people of architecture by the people of architecture. It will be published worldwide through online platforms.

“Arte” having various meanings as ARchitects educaTE, ARchitectural TEachings, ART Education, ARTE meaning art in the French language is an initiative by company Appreciation Arte because of the social, educational and professional issues emerging in the society of architecture which is lack of professional knowledge or skills or education. Through this book Ar. Anjali Singla is giving the chance to the professionals & students of this field to educate the architectural fraternity and become the Co-Author of this book. She believes this field is full of arts and every person is capable to teach something. Hence this book invites various people related to this field to educate others.

Who can participate: Anyone who can impart education to this field

1st Edition of the Book Launched

Online Launch Event Details:

The Co-Authors in the event are talking about the architecture general, the need of the hour, their topic, and the reason for their writeups that are premiered in the book. There is a singing session also from one of our co-authors who is a professional singer. Not just the book but also the event video content can help the architectural fraternity to some extent.

However, contact us for being part of the second edition of the book. It will start as soon as we get about 25% interested people or content for the book. Mail us at books@appreciationarte.com or Reach out to us from our Reach Us tab.

Selection Process

Since the purpose of the book is to educate people, we need it to be accessible to most people and hence it shouldn’t be costly. Which will limit the page of the book and we have to select from submissions we get. So, the criteria will be:
a) Most relatable to the field
b) Educative content
c) Non – Plagiarised content

Submit only the content you have copyrights to. If published before, you have to ensure that you own the copyrights to it for this book. Appreciation Arte will not be liable for copyright infringement (if found any). The person submitting the content will be. (This is important to maintain the authenticity of this book)

Those who get selected will receive emails from our team and those who do not get selected for this book will be divided into two parts:

• If not selected for this edition but the content is book worthy: You will be published in the next book.
• If not selected for the book: You will receive emails for the same with some solutions probably. You may get a chance to be published on the website of appreciation arte.

So, it is a win-win situation for all. But we still request you to be theme-oriented in this form submission as you can contact us for other submissions through our website or social media pages.

Professionals complaining about the practical knowledge or other skills of interns or freshers or even new architects. Some of them are talking about the syllabus or the involvement of government or higher authorities in the field. I say why can’t we do it ourselves? Not everyone can teach in schools or colleges but they can always teach through some other media.
